Included transportation is limited to 2 persons. Guests must arrange alternate transportation, or we can help arrange a passenger van shuttle.
What to expect!
When booking a Conch Concierge elopement experience, especially within the Simple and Sweet Collection, customers can expect the following:
- Intimate Setting: Experiences are designed for small groups, ranging from 2 to 10 persons, ensuring a personal and intimate ceremony.
- Location: The ceremonies occur in picturesque Key West settings, such as the serene Smathers Beach, Higgs Beach, Dog Beach, Butterfly Garden, Fort Zachary Taylor Park, Butterfly Conservatory and Tropical Garden, Harbor Tiki, Dockside Marina, Truman Fountain,
- Duration: Each experience typically lasts 60 minutes, providing ample time for the ceremony and photography.
- Included Services: Professional photography for 30 minutes and officiant services are included to capture and celebrate your special moments.
- Transportation: Transportation for the couple (2 persons) is included. Alternate transportation can be arranged upon request for additional guests.
- Weather Adaptability: With a flexible rainy day plan, adjustments can be made to time, date, or venue to accommodate weather changes, ensuring your special day goes smoothly.
Additional Enhancements: While the Simple and Sweet Collection focuses on simplicity and does not include decor or chairs, optional enhancements like flowers, live stream video, and special ceremonies are available for personalization.
- Marriage License Guidance: Assistance with understanding local requirements for obtaining a marriage license in Key West, with no residency requirement for non-Florida residents.
