Conch Concierge Weddings wants to make your entire Florida Keys wedding planning experience a breeze. We provide what you need for a perfectly planned small luxe wedding. Most of our services and packages can be reserved on line through our shopping cart. Feel free to call, text or email Michael at any time to discuss details and options. While we offer packages, we're also artists and consider every ceremony a unique event.
Step 1: Shop and Review our services and packages and select what suits you best. We price most services based on 3 factors, What's included, time of day and amount of time we spend with you.
Step 2: Once you select a package, complete and submit our Reserve/INFO Form This tells us about you and your plans and we'll check availability for the day and time you've requested. Please be patient, we do this "old school". We keep availability in our attic and it takes a time to climb up there and check. :)
Step 3: Go to our Shopping Cart/Deposits and process your Save the Date deposit ($125). For sunrise and sunset weddings its best wait for a response from the Reserve Form you've submitted. Deposits are non-refundable, so please be certain you are ready to confirm. If you must change your date, with many packages we we offer to transfer your deposit to a new day and time based on availability without fee or penalty. For the Barefoot (10am to 3pm, 10 minutes) and Romance (9am to 3pm, 30 minutes) we offer several each day, so you can book with confidence that we'll accommodate your request without calling.
Step 4: Don't forget to add our Rainy Day Plan to your booking. For only $29 we include use of our Little Wedding Chapel at 422 Fleming St. in Old Town. This insures you'll have a dry place to have your ceremony if the weather should turn rainy. It's "good luck" to include this peace of mind in your wedding plans. Use of the chapel is usually restricted to 30 minutes and is limited to 8 guests, partners to marry, officiant and photographer. This is available to all couples who book at least 30 days before ceremony. Use of the chapel without 30 days notice or Rainy Day Plan purchase is $150 or the applicable package price. Step 5: Within moments you'll receive a receipt from Square, our payment processor. We're available to discuss details anytime you have a question. If you skipped step 2 and jumped straight to the shopping cart, please complete your reservation by completing our Reserve/INFO form. This helps insure we have you booked on the date and time you requested.
Step 6: Final payment is requested 30 days before your ceremony or event. If you are booking within 30 days please submit your Reserve Form first and wait for us to call you to confirm availability. We receive many booking requests within 30 days, in most cases we can accommodate you with a little flexibility. We're used to elopements or "Love Emergencies" as we call them.
Step 7: When you arrive in Key West, please call or text us at 305.292.2292 to announce your arrival. We want to review details such as weather, flower choices, transportation, dinner and activity reservations, etc.
*Setup Fees only apply to packages including decor and are based on venue and time allotted. *A Provisions Fee of 6.5% is included on all transactions to recover incidental expenses associated with professional wedding services.
Please note $75 Holiday surcharge applies to ceremonies confirmed for Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
